Is there a cost to this system

There is no cost to use our commercial, secure system. You only pay for the cost of the SMS and that is 8.5c per SMS (up to 160 characters)

Do I need to buy an SMS number?

No, there is no need to purchase an SMS number, we can stipulate a sender ID in characters (see example)

Can patients reply to the SMS?

This functionality is available but you will need to purchase a number ($25 per month) and replies can be sent to an email address or mobile or replied to directly from the system. Engage Online Marketing team can set this up for you.

What will my clinic or practice need to do?

You will need to export your database and the Engage Online Marketing team can help you to upload this as well as write and send an SMS to your patients.
